Processing Times: The following processing times apply are as follows, per hair type being ordered. NOTE Most Shipments arrive before this timeframe however:

• Straight & Wavy Bundles: (Up to 4 Days)
• Wavy Curly & Curly Bundles: (Up to 4 Days)
• All Grey and Blonde: (Up to 4 Days)
• All Closures and Frontals (Up to 4 Days)
• All custom invoices (4 days)  
• All wigs take up to 5 business days to make.

All orders placed over the weekend and/or any federal holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once your order is prepared for shipping a shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to you via the email address you provided.

 All other orders will be shipped through USPS via first class mail. If UPS is selected an additional fee will be apllied. 

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

 *Ready to Ship is available when noted.  Ready to Ship items ship the next business day after your payment has cleared. Ready to Ship doesn’t include weekends.

PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR HAIR BEFORE SCHEDULING ANY HAIR INSTALLATION APPOINTMENTS. Errors and Shipment Delays

We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products at the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported 3 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or refund your money. However, the incorrect products must be returned to our office prior to re-shipping of products.
